Our suitcases have TSA approved locks and our carry-ons fit the required specifications for the TSA. While our products are suitable for most airlines, please check your particular airline specifications before flying as some airlines may have different or specific requirements.

Our duffle bags are also suitable to carry or check in with no issues!

The hard-shell Wanderer suitcases and The Convertible Duffle are made with water resistant materials and help keep your belongings dry! However, please continue to exercise reasonable caution to prevent your belongings from getting into contact with water.

This policy is applicable to all ORLA carry-on and checked suitcases purchased directly from ORLA. This warranty covers only cracks or breaks in the shell; breakage of wheels or handles; zippers that break or can no longer be opened or closed; tears or rips in fabric that would be considered a defect outside of normal wear & tear. Please note that this policy does not cover damages from normal wear & tear or damages incurred from the luggage being used for purposes other than it was intended to. We recommend using a cover for your suitcases (ideally a transparent cover so that you can still show off your ORLA suitcase!), especially for light-colored ones or suitcases you intend to check in. Most scuff marks can be removed by using a clean damp cloth or with a little bit of hand/dish soap. Open any features, such as the front opening, handle phone holder or USB charging port, with caution.

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@orlatravel.com. At ORLA, we aim to process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation if a product has shipped, but we’ll do our best.

We will do our best to update the website promptly when a product is out of stock. Our products are restocked frequently. If a product is out of stock, we usually offer discount codes to those who preorder. However, if you would like to cancel the order, please contact us on hello@orlatravel.com as soon as you can for a full refund.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. We use UPS for deliveries and you can contact them for any issues related to delivery.

Due to high demand currently, our Wanderer suitcases will take about two to three weeks to be delivered. As we are growing, we will soon be able to reduce the shipping time!

The Convertible Duffle takes about 7-10 days to be delivered.

Unfortunately, stolen or lost shipment are outside of our control. In case of stolen or lost shipment, you should contact the carrier to file a claim with them. Should you want to order another product, please contact us at hello@orlatravel.com before placing your order online.

When you are facing the back of the suitcase, you will find the push slide button to the left of the combination dials.

1. To open the main suitcase compartment, push slide the button towards the dials and the sliders will pop out. Make sure to have the correct combination on!
2. To open the front pocket, push slide the button away from the dials and it will pop open. You will find inside the cord to connect your portable charger!

To open the charging port, you can just use your nails, fingers or a prop (such as a pen) to pop it open and you can connect your device!

The default combination is 0-0-0. To set your own combination, please follow the steps below:

1. Put the lock combination in the 0-0-0 position
2. Just to the right of the combination (when facing the back of the suitcase), you will find the reset button (small grey square). Press that button down with a tool, such as a pen, until you hear a 'click' sound
3. Set your desired personal combination by turning the dials to the numbers you would like (for example, 4-4-4)
4. Push slide the button that you use to open the suitcase towards the dials until you hear the 'click' sound again. The reset button should pop up. The lock is now in open mode
5. With the new correct combination, push slide the button that you use to open the suitcase away from the dials to open the front pocket
6. You are all set with a new combination!

Please write down your new combination and put it in a safe place. To reset your lock, please set it to its current correct combination and repeat the steps above.

Once you take the slide-on bottle/cup holder from its packaging, you can lightly stretch the sleeve that goes over the handle. Then, stretching it on both sides at the same time, you can slip the sleeve over the handle and it will go all the way to the bottom of the handle. You might find it to be slightly tight at the top of the handle, but we made the product this way so that it isn't loose once you slide it on the handle.

First open the front pocket where you will find the charging cord that you can connect your portable charger to. Then, you will find the charging port next to where the sliders lock in and, using your charger's cord, you can plug your device in the port and voilà! 

Due to restrictions on shipping products with batteries, the suitcases do not come with a portable charger. However, check out our home page for awesome portable charger recommendations that you can order for great prices!

Next to the zipper that opens the main compartment of the suitcase, you will find another zipper and slider. Pull open that slider all the way and get some extra space to fit it your favorite belongings you cannot travel without!

Simply put the suitcase handle at the height you desire, pop open the phone holder and place your phone on it. You can easily connect your phone to the charging port while you’re watching your favorite show!

Open up all the zippers on the bag and lay it flat on the bed or on the ground. Slide in your dress or suit so that it lines up with the whole bag laid flat and close up the first zipper. Then, start placing anything else you would pack in your bag on top and close the other zippers to form the bag again. Top up with any other accessories you plan to bring and close it up.
