Warranty Policy

This Limited 2-Year Warranty covers the following polycarbonate luggage (referred to as "luggage" in this warranty policy) purchased directly from ORLA:

  • The Carry-On Wanderer (20-inch)
  • The Check-In Wanderer (25-inch)

This Limited 2-Year Warranty covers only:

  • Cracks or breaks in the shell
  • Breakage of wheels or handles
  • Zippers that break or can no longer be opened or closed
  • Tears or rips in fabric that would be considered a defect outside of normal wear & tear

Once you have submitted a warranty claim and it is approved, we will provide you either a repaired or replacement luggage as we deem appropriate. Replacement luggage will depend on availability and may not be of same original character, color, make or size. 

This Limited 2-Year Warranty does not cover:

  • Luggage used for commercial or unusual purposes
  • Luggage sold as-is, used, seconds, returned, or previously owned
  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water or transport (airline) handling
  • Cosmetic damage or any change in the aesthetic appearance due to normal wear and tear, excessive use or age, such as scratches, scuffs, dings, dents, marks, stains, color change
  • Fabric rips or tears due to normal wear and tear


Duration Of Warranty

This warranty applies for 2 years after the confirmation of purchase from ORLA Travel.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited warranty, in no event will ORLA or its suppliers be liable for special, incidental, consequential or indirect damages arising out of or related to the luggage or its use by you or any third party, whether under theory of contract, tort (including negligence), indemnity, product liability or otherwise. This limitation will apply even if ORLA has been advised of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. ORLA's total liability will not exceed an amount equal to the purchase price paid for the luggage giving rise to such liability.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.  The limited 2-year warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights which vary from state to state.

ORLA Travel reserves the right to change this Limited 2-Year Warranty from time to time without notice. However, only the Limited 2-Year Warranty in effect at the time of purchase of the Luggage will be applicable.

Please follow the below steps to submit a claim:

  1. Email our customer service at hello@orlatravel.com and include (a) proof of purchase (b) photos of the defects (c) specific reasons why you are submitting this claim (d) your name, address, email address and phone number
  2. Once your claim has been approved, we will inform you of the next steps regarding your purchased luggage. Please do not ship your luggage until your claim has been approved. We will not refund shipping for items prior to claim approval
  3. If the warranty claim is approved, we will either repair the luggage or send you a replacement luggage at our expense
